On this page, you’ll be able to see a step-by-step guide to how we go about things with our media production projects. Taking you from inception right through to delivery of your project, along with the pricing options, timelines, and deliverables.

Discovery

You’ve already taken step one. Run through our process, and view some of our example options below. From there, we look to understand exactly what you’re looking for. Whether it’s one of the options, or a custom quote, fill out our discovery form at the bottom of this page, so we know exactly how we can help. Once we have that info, it’s time to book your intro call, where we can get to know you and your business a little better. This is a time to review all the information you’ve given us, ask any questions you may have, and for us to ask any questions we may have.

Lock it In

Once we clearly outline the project scope, timeline & budget, we send over our Media Production Contract which outlines all the deliverables and terms of service along with an invoice for the 50% Project Deposit payment. This locks in your project start date & proposed timeline. At this point we will also set up our Shoot Planning Call.

Planning

This is where we get into the nitty-gritty of your project. We’ll work together to create a plan for your project and outline what exactly we’ll be shooting, who will be involved and where our shoots will take place. Post planning call, our media production team will build out a video blueprint. This includes a script, schedule and written story board, so we can execute our shoot day(s) as smoothly as possible.

Shoot & Edit

This is the meat of our project. We’ll capture everything we’ve set up to shoot in a slick and professional manner. Once we’ve shot, we get to editing. The edit process is where we see the project come to life.

Revisions

Once we have our first draft in place, we’ll send this back to you for our first round of revisions. Including major revisions: e.g. pace, style, length, content, music, etc. We’ll make these changes, send it back to you and go through our 2nd round of revisions, if needed. These include minor revisions: e.g. adjustments to color, audio levels, swapping clips out, etc.

Delivery

Having gone through any requested revisions, we then deliver:

  • Your Video & Clips. Delivered in 16:9 Horizontal for use on Website, Youtube, Vimeo, LinkedIn etc. Delivered in 9:16 Portrait for use on Instagram, TikTok etc.

  • Your Images. Delivered in high resolution JPG files

Wrap-Up

Upon sign off of your Media, you will receive your final 50% Project Invoice along with our Review File. This is an opportunity for you to let us know how we did and leave a review for us.
